340 Any Payments to Centre

1. Teachers should know the amount to be paid.
2. If the amount is not the same (too much or too little), please advise the parents when the payment is made. Note: DO NOT wait for the administrator to say so.
3. Any payments from parents (whether school fees or excursion fees etc) should be presented to the administrator as soon as possible.
4. Receipts issued (applicable to school fees only) to be returned to the parents the next time they come.
