- Make sure to hand to the new Parents, the MCYS' "Guide for Parents with Children in Child Care Centres".
- Ensure that the last page of the book is signed, and filed at the top of the child's registration file.
- Email the new Parents a welcome note using the following template:
Hi (Name of Parent/s)!
We would like to welcome you to Glücklich Schoolhouse with open arms. We hope (Name of Child) transition to the school will be a smooth one. We will now like to present you with the password Photobucket : masterpiece
With the password above, you are now able to access the Children's Pictures, Parents' Handbook, Class Timetables and Glucklich Trumpets past issues (our Newsletter) anywhere you are! The links are also available on our blog, www.glucklich-schoolhouse.blogspot.com (just in case you accidentally deleted this eMail). We change the password every now and then to ensure children's privacy are kept respected. We will eMail you everytime we change the password along with the latest Glücklich Trumpets. We hope your stay with Glücklich will be an enjoyable one.
