350 Uniforms & Records

When parents want to purchase uniforms,
  1. Ask for the size.
  2. Check if the size is available (stocks are kept in the top cupboard in the reading corner)
  3. If NOT available, suggest they get another size and/or that the child might grow out of it later if the size is bigger.
  4. (For male sets only) if parents still insist on the size, take a female set of the same size, and alter the CULOTTES into SHORTS.
  5. Inform the administrator of the sales & hand over the payment.
  6. Administrator to record the sales in the Uniform Sales file indicating the:
  • size
  • gender set
  • alterations (if any)
  • payment received
  • buyer
  • class in which the buyer's child is in
  • date of sales
