323 Walk-In Inquiries

1. Prepare Walk-In Inquiry presentation slides using the Screen.
2. If visit was sudden, use the office's 17 inch screen.
3. Take down the potential parents' information in the inquiry log book:

• Name
• Phone Number
• E-Mail

4. Do the presentation to the potential parents explaining to them every aspect of the school.
5. Ask if they have any questions.
6. Show them around school, emphasize on their child's age group classes and classmates.
7. Begin with the first floor and move up to the second floor, and if needed, the outdoor playground.
8. Ask if they have any questions.
9. Ask if they would be interested to register straight away .
10. If not, inform them that we will send the eBrochure to them and that they can call us if they have further questions.
