322 Telephone Inquiries

1. Before answering any questions from the caller take down the following and record in the inquiry log book:
  • Name
  • Phone Number
2. Answer the questions of the caller, if uncertain of the answer, hand the phone over to the administrator or someone who can answer the inquiry.
3. Continue to record the following in the inquiry book.
  • Email
  • Date of call
  • Time of call
  • How caller get to know us
  • Child's background (optional)
4. Invite the caller over for viewing and if possible, set up an appointment.
5. If not, remind the caller to call first before coming over as to have ample time for Walk-In preparation.
6. In the meantime, request for Email and send our eBrochure.
