1. Yakult to be given to children who orders according to the dates written on the Yakult List.
2. Yakult to be brought back home to the same children according to the dates on the Yakult List.
3. Teacher who gave the Yakult to the children to sign their name and time given.
4. Do not forget to mention to parents when children brings back Yakult from school.
