153 Administration of Medicine

1. When child has medication, make sure the Medicine Administration form is properly completed by the parents/guardians.
2. Place the medication in plastic bag and put it in the medicine container.

Things to take note when checking form:

• Date
• Prescription
• Applied or Consumed
• Feeding Time
• Dosage

IMPORTANT: NEVER OVERDOSE. Never mix a child medication with another child’s.
