131 Temperature taking

Temperature taking is done 3 times in a day;

• Child’s Arrival
• 30min After Shower
• Child’s Departure

1. Sanitize hands using the sanitizer.
2. Sit child on the chair.
3. Make sure thermometer mode is on "Body"
4. Point to child's forehead and take temperature.
5. Record temperature on the Health Record and the time it is taken.
8. Sanitize hands again.
