Egg boats with Pepper or Cheese Sail



What You’ll Need
- Egg
- Red / Green Pepper
- Miniature toothpicks flags
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions
1. Peel hard boiled eggs as many as desired.
2. Try to help child keep the white part of the egg in one piece.
3. The adult should cut egg in half or the child can with a table knife.
4. Then pop out the yolk and place into a bowl.
5. Child can add a spoonful of mayonnaise or one squirt of mustard to taste.
6. Stir.
7. Season with salt and pepper. With a spoon fill in egg white with the yolk mixture.
8. For sail, cut a green or red pepper in a triangle or a cheese slice and insert into egg yolk.
