What You’ll Need
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 to 3Tbsp. peanut butter
- chocolate chips
- small marshmallows
Directions
1. Pull back one strip of peel on the banana.
2. With a spoon, scrape out and eat the top half-inch of the banana flesh.
3. Spread peanut butter over the top of the banana.
4. Arrange, to your liking, the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Banana Boat 2
What You’ll Need
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop ice cream
- Peanuts / coloured rice
- Fresh cream
- Chocolate wipes
- Cherry
Directions
1. Cut the banana into 2 and place on a plate.
2. Scoop a spoon of ice cream and place in the middle.
3. Squirt a small amount of fresh cream on top of ice cream and place a cherry over it.
4. Lastly, decorate the ‘banana boat’ with chocolate wipes / peanuts / chocolate rice.
